One of LaGrange’s most storied destinations, Hills & Dales Estate provides the perfect backdrop for your next meeting or event. Event organizers can choose between the classically-designed Visitor Center, complete with all of the modern necessities for hosting a business luncheon or conference, and the Terraces and Gardens of the main home. Renting the Fuller E. Callaway Home Terraces and Garden allows you to host guests directly on the grounds of the estate, with over 3,500 sq. ft available for tables and chairs. Each sub-venue has restroom access and the Visitor Center is equipped with a catering kitchen. Events at Hills & Dales Estate are often long-talked about events, and the Estate is well versed at hosting meetings, non-profit fundraisers, rehearsal dinners and other special events.

Opened in December 2023, Oakfuskee Conservation Center is a natural sanctuary, offering panoramic views of West Point Lake in Troup County, Georgia. Just five miles (a 15-min drive) from LaGrange, Georgia in the popular Pyne Road Park, Oakfuskee is designed to minimize ecological impact and preserve the local ecosystem. This conservation center hosts numerous public and private events and is the new home for Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. Oakfuskee is also home to outdoor activities such as hiking, horseback riding, camping, and mountain biking.

Del’avant Event Center

Del’avant is located in the heart of downtown LaGrange on Main Street. The 10,000 square foot building is divided into three rental spaces and is the perfect venue for any event.

Dance and dine the night away in our grand Kress Ballroom. The 4,391-square-foot space seats approximately 300 (depending on set-up) and features a balcony that runs the width of the room, a tin ceiling with eight custom-made chandeliers, exposed brick walls and original hardwood floors.

Offering a more intimate setting, the McLellan Parlor is the perfect space for smaller gatherings or as an addition to the Kress Ballroom for larger parties. This 2,086-square-foot room, seats approximately 120 (depending on set-up) and features exposed brick and Venetian plaster walls, and original hardwood floors.

Gaze at the stars atop Del’avant’s Rooftop Garden. This 2,900-square-foot outdoor area accommodates approximately 175 guests and is accented by large trees and a water feature.
